Patsara Obnak, a 23-year-old woman, made headlines when she chose to marry 37-year-old Bunmi Kantong — a man who has lived with facial deformities since childhood. Bunmi has a condition caused by ruptured facial capillaries, which has left him with visible facial deformities. He shared in an interview that he had tried to seek medical treatment at the well-known Siriraj Hospital in Bangkok. Unfortunately, due to financial limitations, he was unable to complete the necessary therapy. Despite these challenges, Bunmi remains a humble and hardworking man. In his spare time, he travels to the city of Hat Yai, where he helps his sister sell papaya salad — a popular Thai street food.
