Remembering Dylan Grant: A Talented Bull Rider’s Legacy

Dylan Grant, a 24-year-old professional bull rider from Laramie, Wyoming, has sadly passed away following an incident during a rodeo event at the Wharton County Youth Fair in Texas.

The event took place during the second round of the Xtreme Bulls competition, where Dylan was participating as part of his growing career in professional bull riding. Emergency responders provided immediate care on site and he was later transported to Memorial Hermann–Texas Medical Center in Houston, where he unfortunately passed away due to his injuries.

Dylan began his journey in the sport in 2018, earning his PRCA permit, and officially became a member of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association in 2024. Over the years, he competed in several events and earned over $15,000 in prize money. In 2021, he proudly represented the University of Wyoming rodeo team, winning the bull riding title at the Mountain States Circuit Finals Rodeo.

Friends, family, and members of the rodeo community have shared heartfelt messages honoring Dylan’s passion, talent, and dedication to the sport he loved. His legacy as both an athlete and a valued member of the rodeo family will be remembered with great respect.

Our thoughts and condolences go out to his loved ones during this difficult time.
