Charlie Kirk’s Wife Makes Shocking Announcement After His Death

Erika Kirk has made a shocking confession following the death of her husband, Charlie Kirk, who was shot on a US university campus.

It’s been just two months since the MAGA activist was shot dead in the neck on the campus of Utah Valley University.

Now, Kirk’s grieving wife has issued an announcement following the death of her husband.

Charlie Kirk’s death
Currently charged with Kirk’s death and awaiting trial is 22-year-old Tyler Robinson – the next hearing appears to be in January.

It took officials 33 hours to identify and arrest Robinson, who investigators have claimed had become ‘more political’ in recent years.

Kirk’s memorial was held at State Farm Stadium in Arizona, and a number of high-profile political figures including Vice President JD Vance, and President Donald Trump, were in attendance.

His widow, Erika Kirk, joined the President on stage, as the pair spoke about their devastating loss.

Controversy surrounding Erika Kirk
The mom-of-two has been seen numerous times in public since the death of her husband, with some noting that she had been ‘smiling’ a lot during a recent appearence on his former podcast.

The 36-year-old responded by stating that there is ‘no linear blueprint for grief,’ after being criticized by users online.

She added: “One day you’re collapsed on the floor crying out the name Jesus in between labored breaths.

“The next you’re playing with your children in the living room, surrounded by family photos, and feeling a rush of something you can only attempt to define as divinely planted and bittersweet joy as a smile breaks through on your face.”

But she has also been called out for her relationship with Vance, a close friend of Charlie’s throughout his life, with some suggesting a hug the two shared on stage in Mississippi was ‘inappropriate.’

Erika Kirk’s shocking confession
In an emotional new interview with Fox News, Erika opened up about the brutal video footage that was captured of her husband’s death.

The violent moment Kirk was shot in the neck has circulated on social media for the world to see, but his widow claims she will never watch it.

Erika said: “I never saw the video, I never will see it, I never want to see it.

“There’s certain things you see in your life that you can never unsee, there’s certain things you see that mark your soul forever, and I don’t want my husband’s public assassination to be something I ever see.”

The devastated mom added: “I don’t want my kids to ever see that.

“And for the people who actually enjoy watching that, which is quite literally sick, what if that was your father? Or your brother, sister, there’s a perspective shift there.

“We’re human, life is fragile. And there is so much beauty in the world, why would you spend time looking at something so evil?”
