Instant Vortex Air Fryer Baked Potato

You can’t go wrong with jacket potatoes! These used to be my go to when I used to be school!

 

So customizable, you can eat them in so many different ways! And the best part is that it is so filling.

 

Cooking them in the air fryer will take your jacket potato experience up a noch! Why? The skin is so so crispy and the inside is so soft and fluffy.

 

This is hardly a recipe and more so me sharing the best time and temperature to cook these at! Today, I am using my Instant Vortex Air Fryer.

 

 

For this recipe, you will need:

Ingredients

4 large Russet potatoes (or 8 small ones)

3 tablespoons of avocado oil

Salt and pepper (or other seasonings of your choice such as paprika or garlic)

Optional: Nob of butter
